Orders


When will my order be processed?

Most orders placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place your order after 12:00, it will be shipped the next business day.


Can I change my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately we cannot change an order once it has been placed. If you have ordered the wrong item, you can call or email us to cancel the order and then place a new order for the correct item.


What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

Although we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, it may happen that an item you order is not available. In that case, we will notify you via email with alternative choices. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be canceled and the customer will receive a store credit for the purchase amount.

How long does it take for 'Free Standard Shipping' to arrive?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped - please allow a few days for processing. Once shipped, most orders take between 1 and 2 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs will be paid for you.



Returns

How do I return my order?

To make a return, go to returns. Enter your order number and email with which you placed the order. Once your order has been received, you can start the returns process.


If I don't like the item(s) I purchased, can I return the order for a full refund?

Yes, all regular priced items marked within 14 days of delivery can be returned for a full refund.


Are returns free?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it for a full refund or replacement.
