SHIPPING POLICY

 


  1. you place an order and complete the payment. At that time you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or text message. It may end up in the spam folder. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received any emails or text messages, please check the spam folder. Or contact us.
  2. Delivery time
    Usually the delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. Our delivery time is therefore 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and the item will be backordered. Shipping can be waited until your order is complete.
  3. Payment
    Payment can be made with ideal, bancontact and paypal. There is no option for after pay. All payments must be made prior to delivery of the products.
  4. Method
    Vallore works with various delivery services. You can opt for regular shipping, where the package is delivered to your home with track & trace. We also have the following options: DPD & POSTNL pick up point: you choose this option if you do not expect to be at home at the time of delivery and/or if you want to determine the collection time yourself. you check the option and Vallore automatically chooses the closest point for you. This information is shared with you when the track & trace code is sent. You are responsible for collecting this package within the specified period. You must consult the tracking information regularly so that you are informed when you can pick up the package. During the holidays the usual delivery time may take longer.
  5. Cost

Vallore pays the shipping costs for the packages sent to the Netherlands and Belgium.

  1. Address data
    It is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly and/or verify it if it has already been entered. Any additional shipping costs or loss of the package due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.
  2. Receipt of goods
    The customer is responsible for receiving the package and/or picking it up on time at a service point. You should check the track & trace code regularly to verify.
